Rotherham Golf Club Limited (Companies House registration number 00242966) has been a member-owned company since 1903. The Board is elected from the membership at the Annual General Meeting and serves on a rotational basis.

The General Manager
The General Manager runs the day-to-day operations of the club, supported by the Office team and the heads of greens, catering, and golf. All operational enquiries should be directed to the office in the first instance.
Annual General Meeting
The AGM is held each year in line with the club’s constitution. Members receive notice in writing per the standard timetable. The minutes of past AGMs are available to members via the Member Area.
